There are safe and unsafe places to get tattoos in Lima, 80% of the places to get tattoos are unsafe, considering that there are more informal jobs than formal, because people are not willing to pay "too much money for a good job done", the mayority of people don't care about it and go to unsafe places to get tattoos.

But for the ones who do care about hygiene, safety, and security, there are also some places in Lima, where you can get a tattoo without getting sick or getting an infection, BUT, it costs good money.

If you want a good product, you need to pay, if you want a bad product, pay little, simply logic.

There are 3 safe recommended places in Lima to get tattoos:

1. Stefano's Tattoo:

Located in C.C. La Rotonda II tda. 1064, ( al costado de la USIL ) - La Molina

Phone: +51 1 348-2737

2. artesagrado:

Located in Benavides 347 - 14 Miraflores - Centro Comercial Expocentro

Phone: 444-2076

3. Coyote:

Located in Bajada Balta #127 - Miraflores Lima, Peru

Phone: 241-7593

These 3 places are safe, they use brand new products, sterelized tools, they open the sterelized products in front of you, the artists also care about details, but you must know that, just like you wanted a safe place with good conditions you should pay a reasonable price.

The unsafe places to get tattoos are the ones located in downtown Lima, the center, near the plazas, there you'll find people who make tattoss for little money in the worse conditions ever, so it's up to you now.

Good look.
